Bianca's Firebrick Chicken Kitchen is located at ARCC Building, Avenida Rizal, Bacoor, Cavite (beside SM Savemore Avenida).
They are open from
10:00 AM - 9:00 PM every Monday-Thursday;
10:00 AM - 10:00 PM every Friday; and
9:00 AM - 10:00 PM every Satuday and Sunday.
The Facility
It was a sunny and very hot afternoon the time we visited Bianca's. Good thing their place is fully airconditioned! The design is very modern. I really love places with good lighting, it's very relaxing! :)

Ordering and Waiting
Bianca's Firebrick Chicken Kitchen follows the Pay as you Order. You'll order at their counter, pay your order, get your table number, and wait.
By the way, their table number is cute! Haha!
We've ordered two (2) main dishes with rice and one (1) side dish, and we've waited 15 minutes. Don't worry about waiting, they have free WiFi - just ask their staff for the password, or spend that time chatting with your family/friend.
The Food/s Served
I've ordered Pan Grilled Chops and Mashed Potato. Regarding the chops meal... The buttered corn, carrots and peas is good; The pork is well-done and good; The white sauce is kinda salty for me - maybe because I want white sauce to be more creamy than salty. The Mashed Potato is fine.
My boyfriend ordered the Baby Back Ribs. He said it tastes good, but the size of the ribs is not worth it. I guess it's too small for him. Haha!

I told my boyfriend to come back next time for their chicken. Yep, it's Bianca's "FIREBRICK CHICKEN" but we haven't tried their chicken first. Haha! We'll surely come back next time and update this post. That's all for now! :)
