Last October 2018, Gravity (in partnership with X.D. Global) launched the English version of Ragnarok Mobile and it's called, Ragnarok Mobile: Eternal Love.

I actually first played Ragnarok Online 2 on the year 2013 and just played the classic Ragnarok Online around 3 years ago so I don't have a lot of things to say about the game. I enjoyed doing quests on RO2, and enjoyed farming, looting and collecting headgear on the classic Ragnarok online (lol!). That's why, I sooooo love this Ragnarok Mobile/Ragnarok M : Eternal Love!

HOW/WHERE TO LEARN RAGNAROK MOBILE COOKING?
Just ask Modena, the Cuisine Association Referrer! She was located at the North side of Prontera.
She will teleport you to the HQ of Prontera Royal Cuisine Association.
Accept and do all the quest from the NPCs inside the Prontera Royal Cuisine Association HQ.
(If you have question/s regarding the quests, just comment below!)
Once you're done with all the quests, you may now start to cook! :)
WHERE TO FIND/BUY INGREDIENTS?
Inside the Royal C.A. HQ, there are 3 NPCs that sell ingredients.
- Vee Lasa (Cuisine Association Cookware Maker) where you can buy main ingredients/seasonings like Salt, Flour, Sugar, Milk, Chili, etc.
- Uller Donchawins (Cuisine Association Hunting Master) - where you can buy Primary ingredients like Poring apple, lunatic meat, rocker leg meat, west gate tomato, etc.
- For the Rare ingredients, look for Albert Brimsport (Cuisine Association Chief Chef). Please take note that you can only buy Rare ingredients in a limited quantity only. Re-stocks every day.
HOW TO COOK?
You may cook anytime and anywhere. Just open/use the cookbook from your bag/inventory.

I'm currently playing Ragnarok M: Eternal Love on Windows 10 via Nox because it's laggy on my mobile phone.
