We all know that we, Filipinos, love street foods like barbeque and isaw. We also love buffet and... UNLIMITED! Well, if you both want that, here's where you'll meed to go... HOUSE OF GRILL in Covelandia, Kawit, Cavite! Near Island Cove, of course! :)
For Php 199.00, you can enjoy unlimited ihaw! Pork/Chicken Barbeque, Isaw (Chicken Intestine), Tenga ng Baboy, Chorizo, Sausages, Tahong, and more!
Each table has its own grilling station where you can grill raw meats on stick on your own.
They provide marinade sauce and brush for you to add flavor on your meat/s while you grill.
It's fun to grill on your own, but the grill is steaming hot. My face is so red that time because the place is full of steam since all the tables were all occupied by customers. Although the place is open, I think they still need to improve the proper ventilation to keep the whole place cool especially when it's summer. Good thing there's an abaca fan provided per table, I can use it for myself. Haha!
The House of Grill is strictly no sharing, no take out, and no left overs... but, no worries because the serving per stick is small so you won't be hard for you to eat all what you've got from the buffet table.
If you're too lazy to grill for yourself, they have a list of foods on their menu that is made-to-order and will be served cooked. But, it's not included in the Php 199.00 unlimited ihaw - and will be charged separately depending on your order.
Overall, it's fine for me and will surely come back when I crave again for ihaw! :)
